WHAT IS E=MC² ?
Exploring with Mindful Creativity & Curiosity is a guided inquiry course that allows a student to choose their own topic to research and build their project over the course of the school year. Mr. Bott and Mrs. Gergen serve as the research and inquiry coordinators and facilitators of this program. Instead of following a traditional curriculum, the coordinators allow students to focus on innovation skills - the 5C’s - creativity, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and curiosity. The course’s goal is not to master content, but to question skills to help facilitate the 5C’s for a deeper understanding of what it means to think and learn, rather than memorize and recite
